Reservations cancelled by 4 p.m. 72 hours or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD.

A credit card imprint or cash deposit of 30 USD is required at check in for telephone and any other incidental surcharges that may be incurred.

Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the property.
