Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 50 USD.
Reservations cancelled less than 14 prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 50 USD plus the entire cost of the deposit.

No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.

and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be
handled directly between you and the property.
